Workflow in Collection with Email Configuration

Question

I have tried to match DCM Data Source and DCM Credential with users that have access to workflow in Collection (by object names), but will only work for the user that specifies connection within Designer then saves to server. Was unsuccessful in search for multi-user workflow with email. Thanks for any pointer to documentation or guidance on enabling email for workflows that run in Collections where many users can run.

Any user that does not publish is getting: "Selection Connection is not available."

After discussing with internal team, the solution is tied to "Share" (three vertical dots) the Connection under the DCM Data Source with users that will be able to access. That will allow that workflow to use credentials you have assigned into a workflow.
