SharePoint Tools issue

Question

Hi Team,

A user is facing issues - SharePoint tools which were previously working on the server now throwing the errors. (Attached)

Checked in Server, found SharePoint Input and Output tool is installed.

By looking at the error, please suggest how can we resolve the issue.

Typically on the server if something was working and now it's not means something has changed with the authentication on the customers side. Make sure the Server has access still to those applications and check the credentials for those macros.
