Hi Raj,

I want table name value in header and Concat_Value data same to be assigned against header in row wise

for example -

CLIENT_PLAN_DOCUMENTS - should be header from tablename column and all concat value which is related to CLIENT_PLAN should be in row wise

same should be for CBA_PIN

CLIENT_PLAN_DOCUMENTS                 CBA_PIN

CLIENT_ID                                                 CLIENT_ID
