Greyed-Out Version Number

I've been going through the learning path on Server Administration. There was a video talking about how you can see previous versions of a workflow. I did it with a test workflow, but when I go to previous workflows I have edited/updated, the version number under Latest Version and Published is greyed out and I can't click on it, whereas with the test file I could. Why would this be?

Hi @cpet13 ,

If you are not the workflow owner and haven`t enabled the option to share the workflow history, you won`t be able to access previous versions.

Since you are probably the owner, my other guess is that you moved yourself from the Studio/Subscription when testing and might have also lost the permission.

Let me know if any of these is your case, if not, let`s look at other options.
