I have the attached sample workflow.
The workflow does the following:
1) It takes some raw dataset (MRN, Surgery Date, Procedure, Available Data Source) and creates a new column for Path
2) It takes that path, resets the file location and saves the file to some Box folder as an excel document.
3) On the bottom of the workflow, the goal is to do something similar but display it to the user in Gallery. It takes the MRN and Available data source and creates a path for which #2 was saved. I used Report Text to create a shared link to a box folder which is a web based link. In this case, I'm using a random Alteryx community article.
The issue I'm having is that #2 is saved successfully to a network drive, however, when the web-based link is hyperlinked, it does not show up in Gallery when published.
Successful: <Link [Hyperlink:A]|[Hyperlink:A]>
Not Successful: <Link [Hyperlink2:A]|[Hyperlink2:A]>
Any idea how I can get a simple web based hyperlink to be published?
