Issue With Render Tool and Emailing Files

I've been using the same method of emailing files through Alteryx for quite some time. All of the sudden, on certain workflow, people who receive my files through email are receiving this message:

However, when someone navigates to the output folder, the file opens just fine.

This is the structure I've always used:

@briankuhlmann We ran into a similar issue after we upgraded to 23.2. It only happened when AMP was turned on. When we simplified and tested, turning AMP off fixed the issue. Unfortunately, we needed AMP for other parts of the workflow. I would try one of these things.

1) Regardless if AMP is on, try using a block until done per the help docs.

 

Make sure the render is connected to #1 and Email tool to #2, something like this:
