Need help with formula or summarize tool

This is my workflow.

And i have 2 questions. First, how can i change USD to GBP in [Original Currency] column?

Second, i want to know the sum of [Compensation in Original Currency] for each month.

Although i learned summarize tool to sum sumeric value. But i can't figure out how to sum by each month. 

Ex) January xxx, february xxx

@dhxodud96 you can extract the month and year from the Date field and group by the summarize tool
