Programatically package yxmd files to yxzp

Hi,

I am trying to utilise the new API functionality to programmatically upload workflows in yxmd format to the Alteryx server. Since the api end point only accepts yxzp files I am looking for a way to auto export/package yxmd files in a folder to yxzp format for upload other than opening each workflow and clicking export.
