Cannot access folder in Alteryx Server file structure

I have seen many questions and answers for solving this issue for a shared file structure like OneDrive, but I am seeing this error when trying to access our Alteryx Server folders.

I am trying to save a workflow to a server that I will schedule to output a file to an Alteryx Server folder. The workflow functions as expected however as soon as I try to save the workflow to the server I get the error "Cannot access the folder \\alteryx-prod....."

Any ideas as to what steps I need to take to be able to access this folder? Thanks in advance!

Hi @cgetz23 ,

It is probably an access issue. You have to guarantee that the Alteryx Server has access to the Shared Folder structure. In other words, the Service Account user or the Run As user configured by your Server Admin must have access to it.
