How to arrange and copy data on same template file.

Hi All,
I need to know how can I make changes on my excel file according to the requirements, and save it on same excel file without changing its template.

For example,
I need to make the Column "Name" as "First Name" and "Last Name",
And after making changes, I need to copy it on same Excel file without changing its Template/Format.

I have attached one demo Excel File, Please try with that.

Can we use another tools without using Blob Tool.
If not, Can you make a workflow for the above Attached file to show me how its work exactly.

Blobs help to retain excel formatting as long as you know the exact cell ranges for the data.

Is it possible for you to update the template so it can accommodate more fields with the same formatting?
