Sharepoint input tool works locally but not in the server - blank screen

HI all,

I am using designer version: 2022.3.1.553 Patch: 6, on a MS Windows server 2016.

I am trying to use the Sharepoint Input tool version 2.5.0

When I try to use it from my local machine it connects to the sharepoint server through Azure and read files. The version of the designer in my local laptop is Version: 2022.3.1.508 Patch: 4.

When I run it from the server, it opens internet explorer and I get :

The phrase in German means : "Log in to your account".

Also I get this 404 error in de designer:

Can somebody help me, please?

Hi  @niklas_greilinger,

Yes we have a network firewall but I checked the logs and we are getting the 200 code. So, it´s connecting.

When I first tested it I got a message telling that the Internet Explorer security setting was blocking it, but this messeger didn´t appear anymore.

Hello @DanielBosch ,

this could be network related. Do you have any firewall rules in place?
