I see you have used only "Arch JAN - AM" column to summaries. What happen if "D" is not available in Column "Arch JAN - AM" instead available only in "Arch Mar AM"? My data will be more dynamic.
Please help on this situation.

But I rebuilt the flow grouping by the different ARCHs and still seem to get the same results

The workflow you have created for one of issue was much helpful. In the sample data I have provided you only has 6 coulumn. your macro is working but my full data has some complicity. I will provide you the full data. Can you please help me again. Attaching the Input and required output
@Vaithi I updated the workflow
binuacs, The total of my output excel file is not matching with workflow output. The problem is, for e.g., if the notice the 1st row there are two elements - "A" and "D". For these two columns in the 1st row NOV - LM and DEC - LM, value is D and all other column it is "A". That is where the complicity is there.
When you do the transpose the value is same for "A" and "D". When you use the sample tool to pick the 1st row, D is getting ignored.
