Reporter Header format

I am trying to generate a mail merge workflow to output it in a word document, however i have some issue:

- The logo doesn't fit properly on the header, it is small and i want it to be bold and fit the top of the page.

- I don't want the vertical line after the header, is there a way to remove it ?

- How can i insert the table into the body of the text ? 

I will appreciate your contributions.
