Creating a new column with data from another row

Hello all, 

I'm having trouble trying to figure out how to tackle this problem. 

I am including screenshots of an example since I can't post my company data here. The first is the existing format. The second is the desired format. 

Essentially, the Interaction ID is the parent to the Inquiry ID. The Inquiry ID is unique, and I would like to use the Interaction ID as the "grouping." I want to create new columns for "Other Type" and "Other Info Checkbox" to display this information. 

Also, it is possible that I may need to concatenate additional Inquiry ID, Checkbox, and Type in the 3 additional "Other" columns if an interaction ID has more than 2 Inquiry IDs. I hope this makes sense. 

Does anyone have any idea how to tackle this? I feel like it may be the transpose/cross-tab tools, but no matter how many videos I watch, I cannot seem to grasp how these tools work with multiple fields.

I made a quick sample and hope it works for you.

I use the Tile tool to check if there is multiple occurence of combination of Interaction ID and the Inquiry ID.
