Cross Tabs and Transpose

Question

I am pretty sure I need some cross tabs and transposes here but I don't understand them no matter how long I play with them.  I need this .csv report to go from what is on Sheet1 to what is on Sheet2.  Each week the dates will change. I appreciate the help! Hopefully I will learn from your answers.

@ewassell one way of doing this:

Transpose.yxmd

transpose first group by last name and first name, and data fields being the dates.

Then use the summarise tool  group by last name and first name and dates and add the hours.
