Help with generate rows

I'm trying to get from A to B(see screenshot), but I can't seem to configure the generate rows tool correctly to get the desired result

I'm trying to do the following. Lets say on 1/1/2024 there are 5 users. I want to create 5 rows of 1/1/2025 with 1 user.

Try this

Then use a Formula tool to set the value of [# of Users] to 1 for all rows
