DateTime Tool Converting Dates Incorrectly from February to January

I am having an issue where my DateTime tool is converting every single date from February to January for no apparent reason. I have attached the configuration to this post as well as an example of what I am getting for an output. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

You need MM for month, not mm! yyyyMMdd hhmmss

DateTimeParse([Date_time],"%Y%m%d ,%H%M%S")
