HELP: Transposing Data Structure

Hi All,

I am struggling with getting an output that would transpose the values attached in the "Test Template2" in the table format as attached in "OUTPUT" excel files.

There are many unwanted columns and null rows/cells which has to be excluded to get the structure attached in "OUTPUT" excel file.

Any help on this would be super useful!.

I think your workflow does great, the only thing its missing out is the '2023 Actual Paymt' column the final output.
