I have a question regarding workflow version management in Alteryx. Currently, when publishing a workflow, both versions are maintained, and I am looking for a way to replace the previous version with the latest version of the workflow using the Alteryx Swagger UI APIs.

Also, could you help with an Alteryx API which can be used to Add/remove the User to/from a subscription. Any help or examples would be greatly appreciated.

maybe I am misunderstanding your first problem, but previous version are already replaced by the latest version when correctly publishing to the gallery.

You have to open the workflow from the gallery, modify the workflow, then save again and it replaces the version on the gallery.

If you have a desktop file and save that to the gallery, then modify the desktop file and save it and publish again, it will publish both workflows without replacing
