Replace specific character in a string dynamically

Question

Hi,

I this requirement to replace specific character within a string where find and replace tool is not working .

Example :

Find  Replace
Á      A
À      A
Â      A

Æ   AE

Also i do not want to hardcode the values because the list changes in future so cannot use formula tool . Is there anyway to do this .

My mistake. Actually the example is like this  :

Incoming string       Expectedoutput

AlexÆ                     AlexAE

Tool need to find Æ and replace with AE
