Workflow Design help

Question

Hi there

I'm trying to find out which of the selected customers have signed up between the specific years  and which customers signed up that are not part of the selected customers. I've attached my work flow with my logic but it doesn't seem to be right. Can someone please suggest what I might need to change?

Generally, the Key used for join from L and R input anchor should be unique, otherwise many duplicated records will be created.

I observe that the "ID Type 1" field is linked with "Full Name" in your "imcomplete signups" input, so maybe we can use an Unique Tool first as below?

Thanks for your reply. I'm sorry its confusing, which particular sections is confusing? I can explain

The reason why incomplete signups have to have duplicates is because the customer may have numerous incomplete signups/applications. Does the join only work for unique records? Wouldn't the join output all the matches based on "ID Type 1" into "J" and all the Non-matches into "R", which indicates they have completed their sign-ups?

The flow is somehow confusing me, sorry.

But first, your input "imcomplete signups" contains duplicated entries, which will cause issue when we join.

Is there any reason we can not make it unique?
