Update Column value if other column has the same values

Hi all,

I want to update a column if other columns contains the same value. I uploaded the input, and an output I desire. Thank you all very much for the help in advance!

Basically if both Column A - Auditor/BU and the Date columns are the same and they contain a complete status, then replacing Missing/Under Investigation Status to Complete status.
