Using Distribution List / Distribution group email as 'From' Address in Alteryx Email Tool

I am currently working on a project where I need to automate email notifications using the Email Tool in Alteryx.

My question pertains to the configuration of the 'From' address in the tool.  

Is it possible to use a distribution list email address as the 'From' address when sending emails through Alteryx? If so, are there any specific configurations or considerations I should be aware of?   

Do I need to be an DL/DG admin ? I'm currently a member a DG but all emails from Alteryx come out with my personal email address.

@CrisRoman - From: Sender of the email. Must be a valid email address. If your DG is an email address, you may be able to run your workflow successfully.
