Input file not updating after scheduled workflow runs (alteryx server)

Hi, I have published a workflow to the alteryx server and configured a schedule for it to run. The scheduled job runs successfully, but the data is not refreshed with the latest version of the file (located on a network/shared drive). When I run the job manually from the alteryx designer app the input file is refreshed with the latest data. What am I missing here?

If you’re using relative paths, that could account for the issue. You can check the log to see where the output was written to.

I’d check the output tool and verify the confirmation.
