SharePoint Muiltiple Files Extraction

Hello,

I have multiple files on a Sharepoint that I would like to extract by files name to then work with the data of the of the last 6 files each time I run the flow. Reading up it looks like I might need to put a macro in place for the first step. How do I set up such macro as I am still a novice with Alteryx?

Id start by syncing the Sharepoint to your OneDrive and then using a directory tool or macro to pull in all of the files from that sharepoint. The below link is a good start. You can then use a filter or formula to grab only the most recent 6 files based on their Creation Date. The macro below will bring in the creation date for all of the files in the directory. I am using the below to pull in all files from a directory based on a date range, so this should work for your needs.
