Moving workflows between Collections

Hi All,

I would like to understand if a shared workflow in one collection can be moved into another collection.

Due to segregation of duties, the original owner of the workflow cannot load in certain collection hence I am looking for a possibility how a shared workflow can be loaded into another collection without affecting the audit trail (e.g. workflow id, versions, publish information still in tact).

Hi @Y__J_ ,

The only way I can think of is:

1. Add a user with access to that collection to the owner`s subscription temporarily. You will have to be an admin for this.
2. The user can now add the workflow to the collection
3. Move the user back to his original subscription

Since Studios/Subscriptions will be soon removed from the Gallery entirely (not sure when) and I have no idea how it will work later, this is probably a temporary workaround.
