Workflow uploaded in Server - Tableau tool not working

Question

Hello! I have a workflow which is working fine in Designer. It has a Tableau tool. When I uploaded the workflow to the server and ran it from there I get the error:

• Could not find the plugin directory 'Tableau' in 'C:\windows\system32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Roaming\Alteryx\Tools', 'C:\ProgramData\Alteryx\Tools', or 'D:\Program Files\Alteryx\bin\HtmlPlugins' (ToolId: 19)

Hello, we have similar error and Tableau tool is installed on our server. I'm admin. During installation, was not prompted to ask about installation directory and installed in user profile on C drive, even so Alteryx Server app is installed on D drive.>
Any assistance is greatly apricated.

Hello @daniella_arriola97,

this means, that the Tableau Tool is not in installed on the server machine yet. Contact your administrators and let them install the Tool on the Server for you to be able to use it.
