Need to update the data for a specific month. I've shared the Excel files as examples.

We generate a month-wise report, and it is triggered 4-5 times each month, producing new data each time. We need to replace the existing data with the new one, ensuring that the previous month's data remains unaffected. The latest month's data will be stored in a designated folder.

in short first you want to remove the data which is added this month and then combine data for this month which is runned now
