Data Pulling from the System

Question

Greetings,

We have a system wherein we pull all the data and export it via excel format. My question is, is there a possible way to directly pull these data from the system via full path or dynamic input?

I ask this since I recently made a workflow and made a full path via directory, formula and dynamic input tool however, I am really curious if we can also pull directly a data from the main source or system without uploading excel files.

So your system is connecting to another system then output the data to Excel I think.

My question is that what is your another system? maybe you can ask IT or someone in your organization?
