Can't create Data Source Object

Question

Hi Community,

I've made an app tod download an Excel file with the daily FX of several currencies from the Spanish Central Bank website. After the download, I edited the Excel to get a cleaner output.

The fact is that locally the workflow runs perfectly, but when I publish it on the server, or run it from the server, I get the following error message:

Error operning connect string: Can't create Data Source Object

I've been reading about this issue and Microsift Access Database Engine 2010, but after reinstalling, nothing happened. I continue with the same error.

It's the first workflow I've made with the download tool, and maybe there is some issue with the setup.

I finally reach out to the server admin. It was a problem downloading an Excel file due to seccure set up, so we modified the workflow to download the data in csv and it worked.

Since the download tool is writing it to an .xlsx file, do you have Microsoft Office on the Server side? Because you're downloading an Excel file from the site.

The Server side has Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 installed and you still get the same error? Are you on UAT or Prod?
