Apps - Radio Button with Tree Tool

I am trying to configure an app with total of 4 radio button with a tree tool embedded. Ideally, the tree section should only show after choosing a radio button. I can get tree tool to show but can anyone help on how to have if nested to the Radio Button ?

Use the arrows in the Layout section of the Interface Designer to move the Tree section underneath the Radio Button!

this is how the current app interface looks like. The Radio button don't contribute at this moment.

In Interface designer, move the tree tool into the Radio Button Frame using the arrows. My example shows dropdowns but it would work the same with tree tools

Ah those arrows - Amazing! It is working. Small detail, but would any of you know how to remove the ... at the end of the radio tool sentence?
