In the gallery, if I select a workflow then click on the three dots there is a 'Workflow Settings' option. This includes a check box titled "Others can view this workflow's history'. It only appears on workflows that are owned by me. [edit]Actually that isn't true - there doesn't seem to be a clear logical reason for when I can or cannot view the workflow history[/edit]
[second edit]It appears that you see the workflow history, whilst a version you published is current - if another user publishes a newer version you won't see any workflow history associated with that new version - but even this isn't the full picture - there is one regularly scheduled workflow owned and last published by me - but the workflow history I see is old[/edit/
All our workflows are in a shared collection, based upon a studio which both I and my colleague are members of. If I add a workflow to the collection, my colleague cannot see the workflow history (combination of manual and scheduled runs) that is visible to me.
So, we had assumed by checking this option, the workflow history would appear - but that is not the case. We can see the schedules set up for a workflow as we manually add them to the collection when adding a new workflow. What is this check box actually for!?
