Directory and Dynamic tool how to import from a specific row

Question

Hi have a excel file and I am reading the file using Directory and Dynamic tool. I want to read it starting from row 4 ignoring the top rows of merged cells and empty rows. can anyone help how go about reading from row 4. Please find attached a sample file

Hopefully a step by step here for future reference:

* Click the dynamic import
* Select edit
* In the dialogue box, scroll down in the options window to reveal line 7
* Update to the row # you want to import

When you set up the Dynamic Input tool, you should be able to specify Option #7 - Start Data Import on Line X. It likely starts in 1 for you, so I'd change this to 4!

Why can't you configure your Dynamic Input to read from Row 4?
