Data in separate rows across a number of columns

Question

Hi,

First time posting and fairly new to Alteryx so hoping someone can help with the below problem.

I have result data for a discrete source code in separate rows for each field of required results - highlighted in yellow in the attached sample file

I need to show the results for each discrete source code on one row - highlighted in green in the attached sample file and live this is the structure I need

Thanks for the quick response - that's worked great on my live version, and helped my understanding of using transpose and crosstab tools
