Is there a way for a custom tool to provide translations for values in its `Config.xml` file? Many of the built-in Designer tools are able to, for example, translate the tool name into the user's locale, but I haven't found a way to do the same for custom tools.
For example, it seems that a lot of tools have `Config.[locale].yxlang` files that complement the `Config.xml`.
