Insert New Rows (a Subtotal Row and Repeating Header Row)

Hello,

I have raw data that shows the count of items by person's name. My goal is to insert new rows (a subtotal row after each person's name and a repeating header row right below the subtotal). What formula/Alteryx tools should I use?
