Azure Data Factory SQL view connection to Alteryx

Question

I need advise and guidance on how to connect Azure Data Factory with Alteryx. In the designer desktop we are able to connect to to Data factory using Microsoft OLE DB Driver 19 for SQL Server. But the equivalent Driver is not available in the Alteryx server. How do we manage to connect with Azure Data Factory and run and Schedule the workflows in the server?

@onlyshiva , to clarify are you using Data Connection Manager (DCM) or Server Data Connections?

Let me explain what exactly I am going through. Now I have switched to try using the simple ODBC Driver 18 for SQL Server connection.

1. Local Designer:

I created a system DSN with ODBC Driver 18 for SQL server and I put in all the credentials required for connecting to the Azure data factory in that DSN. Then in the input i used this ODBC connection to connect to the data factory. This is a success.

2. Server:

I logged in to the server, created a similar DSN with ODBC Driver 18 for SQL server. Then in the Gallery i was trying to configure this ODBC connection but i am not able to do it. I need the steps to go for configuring this please

@onlyshiva , any driver that works with Designer should work with Server.  You just need to install it on the Server machine.

Could you provide some more clarity on the issue you're experiencing?
