HELP! Render Tool Table Border Question

Question 1:

See attached simple workflow, In order to show the results in specific format, I am using "Report Text" and displaying it using Table. Se the Browse Tool it shows border perfectly but Render tool when outputted to Excel, it looses the borders.

Please suggest, I need my output to look like the Browse results.

Question 2:

Can I conditional format part of table cell? see the image attached.

I believe that it is relating to the width of the columns. All the cells that containing 1 row of data not longer than the cell width will have a boarder, any cell that has data that longer then a cell width will miss that boarder, set the width of the cells to be wider.
