Can anyone could help me on how to remove a blank cell?

The owner part made it a bit trickier to keep from shuffling but I think this will work.
It transposes the info an filters out blanks in the first few rows only and then renumbers everything and cross-tabs it back.
Looks like its not just a single cell since the blanks below Dog, cat, etc also moved up.
Can you share a sample file so we dont have to create one on our own?
I think a transpose and then a filter tool to remove blanks and then a cross tab to put it back should solve this, but a sample file would make it easier to show.
