Charting in Reporting tool VS Interactive Chart tool

Hello,

I wonder what is the difference between Charting in Reporting tool and Interactive Chart tool? 
Based on this post, I know ithat the interactive chart didn't give accurate output when output exceeds 10k rows. What about the reporting tool, is it reliable at this point?

P.S: My data is about 20k rows.

The recommended alternative would be a visualization tool like Tableau, Power BI, etc. While Alteryx does have chart capabilities, you’ll find a lot more functionality and flexibility with a visualization platform

Thanks, @alexnajm, I was just trying to find an alternative to the interactive chart tool due to its limitation for data greater than 10k rows.
