I'm creating a word cloud to display vendors in expense reports, but my word cloud will have "Uber" appear 3 times. I have cleansed the data to remove "leading and trailing whitespace," "tabs, line breaks, and duplicate whitespace," "all whitespace," and modified case to "title case."
I also am creating a word cloud to display expense types in expense reports, but this word cloud also has duplicates. I have cleansed the data for the same items as the vendor word cloud. The expense types are selected from a drop down menu in Concur, so there is no room for human error for extra spaces, spelling differences, etc.
Can anyone please explain why there are multiple instances of vendors or expense type appearing in my Word Clouds? Thank you!
