Dynamically Insert Data into Filter tool

Hi

I have build a analytical App, where the list box can be selected based on the date range.

As shown in the workflow which I have highlighted in red container, I have to manually insert the [RegExOut1] column data
is there any dynamic way where I can insert data in filter tool

Workflow has been attached , Please look into it.
