Connect ServiceNow

Hallo,

I want to connect Alteryx Designer to ServiceNow to pull some data.

I know we can use ServiceNow Input.

However, I don't have ServiceNow client ID and secret.

When I try to connect without it, I receive the following error message:

ServiceNow Input (2) : 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'strip'

Is there any other ways to pull the data?

Sorry to hear you're having issues getting set up with the ServiceNow connector.

I believe you will need a Client ID and Secret set up by an Administrator. Steps to set this up can be found here:

I am not aware of another way of connecting to ServiceNow, without jumping through the hoops of the API (and using the download tool or a Python script). I suspect you will need to set up a Client ID and Secret for this too to authenticate, however.
