Is there a way to connect to Qualtrics using Alteryx and get a particular survey's response without downloading the responses? Then probably automate it to run the Alteryx workflow probably on a daily basis to get that survey's response and run whatever synthesis is being asked for? this synthesized data should then be connected to Tableau or Powerbi to get whatever visualization is built? Is this possible and if so, what tools would be involved? Could someone just show a sample workflow?

If the connector isn't available, you can build a connector. Alteryx can connect to everything if you can establish a connection. Here's a thread on connecting Alteryx with Qualtrics: https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Alteryx-Designer-Desktop-Discussions/Connecting-to-Qualtrics-with-Alteryx/td-p/32463. Alteryx can then load the data straight into something like PowerBI via a connector which outputs directly to it. If a connector doesn't exist, you can always output a .csv then get PowerBI to read that .csv in as a datasource. Potentially look at getting that .csv to output into Sharepoint. Nevertheless, PowerBI will be automated via refreshes on PBI service.
