If I understand what you want, your summary tool is configured wrong,
to have the desired output it must be with group by Transactions_ID concatened Vendors and Transfer Methods and if it has more fields than the print did not show also concatened

I have attached the fields that I used for summarize and the final output .

As per the expected final output they have only 10 records and in my final output I have 13 records.

I tried to follow along your workflow that you attached but I think the dataset is different. could you pls use the dataset I attached and explain to me.
