File Formatting

Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to transform my test data (file #1 into the format of file #2. They have the same columns with the same names its just that I would like to have all of the barcodes for one person in the same column rather than having them on separate columns.

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated, thank you

Use a Columns to  Rows transpose tool this will allow you to select the columns to keep for each record and then it will create new rows for each column thats converted to row keepng the selected columns values for each row. This should give you one column containing all the Barcodes for person
