I am using an experian dataset to run demographic analysis. I am specifically looking at Travel Time to Work (Workers 16+) for a specific area. I am wondering if the data is based on where workers live or where they work (ie. If the average commute time is 20 minutes for a specific area, is that based on workers who live in that area or work in that area)?
