text to columns: headers as well

Hi all,

Before I just used another directory in which I manually placed the most recent file csv file for my flow. Therefore I used the (simpler?) Input Data tool and I did not need to use the text to columns tool: all the data is automatically converted to columns, headers included.

However, I thought it would be better to automatically select the latest CSV file that I want to process by using the Directory tool, Sort tool and Sample tool 

From there I wanted to use the Text to columns tool to proceed as an excel file but the headers are not split while the rest of the data is.

Question: How do I get the headers split to columns to match the underlying data?
