Is there a way where I put another value in Sample 2 column then that value will be placed in last row.so that its record id will be 5. 
The summarize tool sort the values in Sample 2 alphabetically. What I want to have is when I put for example "Alright" in Sample 2 column, it will be placed in row 5 with Record ID 5.
