Block Until Done - system cannot find the file specified

Question

hi,

i am using alteryx to send different attachments to different recipients based on "branch." i think my workflow is correct because the files are writing to the specified folders i created for them. however, i keep the error message "The system cannot find the file specified. (2)" in the Email tool. I checked 5 times and the pathways are all correct.

Does this have something to do with where I have the "Block Until Done" tool?

Hi @geraldom,

Thanks for looking into this. i realized that the formula i used to rename the file was missing one letter so that's why it didn't work. Its working now - thank you!

what you do in the formula tool before rendering and in the summarize tool.
do the required fields pass to the email tool?
